Brewood

Brewood boasts a very fine sheltered housing development for the elderly - Deansfield House. This, along with a number of warden controlled bungalows, are now owned and administered by the South Staffordshire Housing Association who took over all the housing stock of South Staffordshire Council under a 1997 voluntary transfer scheme.

There are a number of small developments of shared equity housing built by independent housing associations and aimed at the first time buyer. Other accommodation for rent is in private ownership.

Coven

The most recent developments within Coven have been: detached houses at Birchcroft, a mixed housing development of fifty-seven properties at Penkside Walk, Gregory's Green and apartments at Cross Green, overlooking the Three Hammers Golf Complex.
