Notice is hereby given that the following hearings will take place in the Examination of the above referenced application for a DCO (the “Application”), which was submitted by Four Ashes Limited of 4 th Floor, 7/10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London W1G 9QD (the “Applicant”) to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the Secretary of State under section 37 of the Planning Act 2008.

PRELIMINARY HEARING: WEDNESDAY 27 FEBRUARY 2019 – seating available from 09:30, Meeting to commence at 10:00.

OPEN FLOOR HEARING: WEDNESDAY 27 FEBRUARY 2019 – seating available from 13:30, Hearing to commence at 14:00

OPEN FLOOR HEARING: WEDNESDAY 27 FEBRUARY 2019 - seating available from 17:30, Hearing to commence at 18:00

ISSUE SPECIFIC HEARING (1) (relating to the draft Development Consent Order): THURSDAY 28 FEBRUARY 2019 – seating available from 09:30, Hearing to commence at 10:00.

The venue for each of the above hearings is: Hayward Suite, Molineux Stadium, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QR. The proposed development is the construction, operation, use and maintenance of a strategic rail freight interchange (“SRFI”) including warehousing and associated highway works on land west of Junction 12 of the M6 motorway, immediately south of the A5 trunk road.

The development will, amongst other things, involve the construction and operation of:  An intermodal freight terminal with direct connections to the West Coast Main Line, capable of accommodating up to 10 trains per day and up to 775m long, including container storage, associated Heavy Goods Vehicle parking, rail control building and staff facilities;

 Up to 743,200 sq m (Gross Internal Area) of rail served warehousing and ancillary service buildings;  New road infrastructure and works to the existing road infrastructure;

 Demolition “and alterations to” existing structures an earthworks to create development plots and landscape zones;

 Reconfiguring and burying of electricity pylons and cables; and

 Strategic landscaping and open space, including alterations to public rights of way and the creation of new publicly accessible open spaces.

Penkridge Library, Bellbrook, Stafford, ST19 5DL (Opening Times: Monday 2pm to 6pm, Tuesday 2pm to 7pm, Wednesday 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm, Thursday 2pm to 5.30pm, Friday 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1pm); 3. South Staffordshire Council, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX (Opening Times: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5pm)
